Your main mission:
Ensure effective coordination and smooth operation of the teams supporting and developing the Excise system. You will be the key link between technical specialists, business users and the customer, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of all tasks, taking into account priorities, resources and regulatory requirements. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>– organization and optimization of e-Excise system support and development processes;
– coordination of the work of L1-L3 teams, developers, testers and analysts;
– management of changes and introduction of new functionality;
– ensuring transparent communication with the customer and stakeholders;
– control of resources, risks and quality of services provided.

higher education (bachelor's or master's degree);
– 5+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects;
- willingness to work in the office, in Kyiv;
- deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
– experience with task management systems (Jira, Confluence);
– effective communication and conflict resolution skills;
- analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data;
– experience working with government projects or in regulated industries.

It will be a plus:
– knowledge of the specifics of working with excise goods;
– experience in implementing ITSM processes;
- certifications in the field of project management (PMP, PRINCE2).
