Our future candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Experience of leading or participating in projects as a PM / Senior PM
- Understanding of the project life cycle
- Experience of communicating with clients
- Level of English B2+
Would be an advantage:

- Understanding the financial component of projects
What will be required do:
- Evaluate customer requests: analyze requirements, identify risks, gaps and unrealistic expectations
- Form a realistic scope, phasing and key assumptions before the start of the project
- Prepare projects for launch: agree on the plan, resources, deadlines and check their realism
- Launch projects: kick-off, define roles, communication and escalation rules
- Lead end-to-end projects: control execution, deadlines, priorities and agreements with the client
- Make decisions on compromises between scope / time / quality as the owner of the result
- Manage changes: evaluate their impact, conduct negotiations and fix agreements
- Control risks: technical, resource and clients, make decisions or escalate as needed
- Complete projects: final demo, closing commitments, transferring results and recording lessons learned
