Delivery manager in Goteco

The company works in the public sector and implements IT projects for the domestic market. We are looking for a Delivery Manager

Our future candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in IT
• Experience of leading or participating in projects as a PM / Senior PM
• Understanding of the project life cycle
• Experience of communicating with clients
• Level of English B2+

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of starting projects from scratch
• Understanding the financial component of projects

What will be required do:

1. Evaluate customer requests: analyze requirements, identify risks, gaps and unrealistic expectations
2. Form a realistic scope, phasing and key assumptions before the start of the project
3. Prepare projects for launch: agree on the plan, resources, deadlines and check their realism
4. Launch projects: kick-off, define roles, communication and escalation rules
5. Lead end-to-end projects: control execution, deadlines, priorities and agreements with the client
6. Make decisions on compromises between scope / time / quality as the owner of the result
7. Manage changes: evaluate their impact, conduct negotiations and fix agreements
8. Control risks: technical, resource and clients, make decisions or escalate as needed
9. Complete projects: final demo, closing commitments, transferring results and recording lessons learned
