About the role: You will be the only recruiter with 152 people. it's interesting 
The position is new and your main focus right now is Product Managers: find them, engage them, guide them through the process and make them stay for the long term. Sometimes there will be leadership positions - this is a different game, where it is important to read between the lines and be able to negotiate with people who are used to negotiating with them.

What we are looking for in you:

1. Experience in recruiting from 2 years and preferably with experience in closing positions above the linear level.

2. English B2+ - you speak and write confidently, you don't google every second word.

3. Understanding the grocery specialist market: where they sit, what's affecting them, what's trending now.

4. The ability to conduct a difficult dialogue gently - so that a person hears "no" and still remains in a good mood.

5. Humor and flexibility - we can't do without it, seriously.
