Database administrator (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

We are currently looking for a Database Administrator to join our team and help us realize ambitious tasks.

Will be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring SQL servers;
• Migration of databases between environments;
• Monitoring DBMS performance and performance optimization;
• Database scaling planning;
• Management and monitoring of DB clusters and nodes;
• Database backup and recovery;
• Technical error research, troubleshooting;
• Development and updating of technical documentation;
• Ensuring database security and integrity data.

Experience is important for us:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Sure knowledge of SQL (transactions, locking, indexes, query optimization);
• Experience with DBMS: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, HANA, Oracle;
• Knowledge of DBMS architecture;
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server;
• Skills in communication with developers and description of technical documentation;
• English at the level of reading technical documentation.
