What you will do
 • Collect and structure data in the Crypto / Web3 / FinTech sectors
 • Use tools and open sources for in-depth research
 • Automate contact search on LinkedIn and launch email campaigns
 • Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market niches
 • Build and refine ICPs — ideal customer profiles
 • Set up research tools from scratch — from selection to integration
 • Prepare reports that influence business decisions
 • Work with BI systems, SQL, and Google Sheets for analytics
 • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams

What is important for us
 • 3+ years of experience in Data / Lead Research in B2B
 • Practical experience in crypto, Web3, or FinTech projects
 • Experience working with OSINT, open databases, and competitive analysis
 • Implemented ICPs with measurable results
 • Experience in automating contact search and email outreach
 • Ability to launch research tools “from scratch”
 • Knowledge of BI, SQL, Google Sheets / Excel
 • Understanding of GDPR and ethical data processing
 • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation
