Your mission:

Ensure growth in the effectiveness of marketing investments through analytical research, optimization procurement framework and improvement of forecasting and attribution models.

  • Conducting analytical research dto evaluate the effectiveness of traffic procurement, identify points of inefficiency and search for growth areas.
  • Development of recommendations for changing the procurement framework: budgeting, optimization models, allocation of investments between channels.
  • Support and development of predictive pLTV models - parameter updates, hypothesis testing, control of model stability.
  • Analysis of the operation of automation in procurement (bid rules, budget changes, algorithmic approaches) and formulating recommendations for their improvement.
  • Participation in the creation of a new multi-touch attribution system: method research, model testing, validation of results.
  • Cooperation with performance marketing, data engineering and product teams to implement insights into real business processes.

This requires the following skills and experience:

    From 1.5 years of experience in a Product/Marketing Analyst position.
  • SQL.
  • Experience with BigQuery or similar databases.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • Experience with Tableau/ PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
  • English level from B1.

Will a plus:

  • Experience with Amplitude.
  • Understanding Python basics for analytics.
  • Experience in LTV forecasting.
