With 30+ years of experience, +6 Global locations, and +1000 employees, TEAM combines technology expertise, valuable insights, business intelligence, and a client-centered approach to address challenges in business operations, digital transformation, risk management, compliance, business continuity, and more.Responsibilities: • Data Entry: Entering hours worked from multiple client systems• Maintainting Timesheet Reports: ADP File Number, System Names, CAS Name, etc.• Timekeeping: Assisting in collecting, saving, and verifying timesheets • Assisting with Payroll Runs: Supporting the payroll team during the actual processing of payroll by double-checking data, preparing missing reports for recruitment/account managers, and helping with final audits• Supporting Payroll: Assisting in general requests by providing documentation and records, and helping resolve any discrepancies found after payroll was processed.RequirementsExperience• Data Entry: Experience with accurately entering data into reports/payroll systems• Record Keeping: Prior work maintaining accurate records or files (e.g., in HR, finance, or administrative roles).• Filing and Document Management: Experience with organizing and managing documents• Experience with Payroll: If possible, have familiarity with a payroll software like ADP (Not Required)• Communication Experience: Answering inquiries, helped resolve issues, or responded to questions and ability to clearly communicate with employees and internal teams especially when explaining pay issues or discrepancies.• Strong Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines and prioritize. Ability to be flexible and assist with other projects when needed• General: Ability to work well with limited supervision as well as working well in team settings.
