Data collector, interviewer/(Enumerator CASH) in ACTED

data collector — 1670 UAH. per day before taxation

Period of work:

The position involves project work under the financing of a humanitarian aid project from Acted

Subordination:

Linear and functional: The Data Collector reports to the Project Manager for the provision of humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations

Main responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the team project manager, the data collector must:

1. Comply with basic humanitarian principles.
2. rules of internal procedure, rules of safety and labor discipline Acted.
3. Participate in trainings and exercises aimed at improving professional skills.
4. Know well and be able to apply the methodology of selecting respondents and the interview protocol.
5. Be able to organize meetings for all levels and conduct interviews at data collection points with sample groups and key informants.
6. Follow the information collection plans developed by management using appropriate technical devices.
7. Ensure error-free entry, storage and processing of entered information in accordance with instructions.
8. Be able to evaluate and conduct primary analysis of collected information.
9. Coordinate your work with the project manager, take an active part in discussing plans and work results and any other issues.
10. Constantly follow the instructions and instructions of the team leader, the job description of the data collector and the code of conduct.
Compile progress reports on the implementation of the program.
11. Perform other tasks at the request of the project manager.

Requirements:

• High level of self-organization. Be able to work with a minimum level of coordination
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Experience of using a smartphone based on the ANDROID operating system
• Knowledge of software: Windows, Excel, Google tools
• Highly developed teamwork skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• High level of dedication
• Preferable to have previous experience in a social or related field
