Data Analyst / Product Data Analyst in Pro recruitment

About the role

The main goal of this role is to develop a data-driven approach in the company through in-depth analysis of processes and products.
The result of your work will be structured research that directly affects product improvement and customer satisfaction.

This position is for those who are interested in immersing themselves in the business, looking for non-standard insights and having a real impact on processes, and not just build reports.

Your tasks:

• Work with various data from different sources

• Deep dive into the internal processes of the company and the specifics of the field

• Data Quality: validation, cleaning and normalization of data

• Monitoring of technical processes (repairs, defects, flights): checking the correctness of filling in internal tables

• Managing reporting and data arrays in Google Sheets and BigQuery

• Operational data collection: coordination and communication with operators

• Working with non-standard product metrics

This role is NOT about:

• Monotonous work with databases

• Building standardized regular reporting

• Monotonous tasks and repetitive processes

Who we are looking for:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in product or data analytics

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel

• Experience with Looker or other BI tools

• BigQuery or experience with other databases

• OSINT skills will be advantage

Competencies:

• Communicativeness — ability to clearly formulate requests and interact with operators

• Stress resistance — ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Independence — readiness to make decisions and be responsible for result

The key results we expect:

• By the end of the trial period - understanding the internal processes and specifics of the department's data

• Mastering team tools at an average level

• Implementation of at least one study at the request of management

• During the first 6 months - initiation and implementation improvement of at least one internal process

• Within 9 months - full understanding and ability to calculate all regular reporting metrics
