Data Analyst (Power BI) in Kasta

We are looking for a Data Analyst in the Business Intelligence team to implement strategic projects: migration of reporting to the Power BI platform and development of analytical culture in the company. Work on the development of dashboards, analytical support of business units and implementation of a Data Driven approach in the company.

What is important to us: 

• Experience: 2-3 years of work as a Data Analyst/BI Analyst;
• Power BI: development of dashboards and reports, knowledge of DAX, Power Query M, basic skills data modeling;
• Excel: confident mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot, creation of analytical models;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL: complex queries with window functions, CTE, query optimization, experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL;
• Analytical skills: experience in processing ad-hoc queries, preparing reports and presentations for management.
  
  

• Development of interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for various departments (marketing, sales, logistics);
• Participation in reporting migration from QlikView to Power BI;
• Writing SQL queries to extract data from corporate databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MS SQL);
• Processing ad-hoc requests from business units, preparation analytical reports;
• Development of analytical models in Excel for in-depth data analysis;
• Consulting stakeholders on data interpretation.
  
  

• Knowledge of Python for analytics (pandas, numpy);
• Experience with SQL window functions, CTE, optimization requests.
