Ready to consider Junior level specialists.
Envisioned tasks:
- Development of new employee motivation systems and updating existing ones systems
- Labor market analysis, analytical research. competitiveness of the current remuneration.
- Collection of performance indicators of the plan and calculation of bonuses for employees on a regular basis.
- Implementation of ideas for improving existing or developing new proposals in the direction of compensation and benefits.
- li>Participation in other HR department projects.

Expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education (economics, mathematics, statistics, system analysis)
- Experience in the field of Data Analytics or Compensation & Benefits from the 1st year
- Experience in developing complex employee motivation and remuneration systems will be a plus
- Experience implementing/supporting Total Rewards would be a significant advantage
- Experience developing compensation and benefits policies, standards and procedures would be a plus
- High level of Excel proficiency: pivot tables, formulas, diagrams, arrays of data
- English language - Intermediate
- Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ability to form conclusions and proposals based on analysis
- Attention to details, ability to be flexible and adaptable to tasks
- Professional, easy-going, work-motivated positive personality
