Data analyst in iHuman

We are looking for a strong leader who will help build a modern analytical system in the company, develop a team and turn data into understandable business decisions. This is a role for a person who knows how to see the big picture, build processes and influence the strategic development of the company.

What will be the focus of your work:

• Formation and development of analytical strategy companies.
• Building a complete analytical ecosystem to support business decisions.
• Managing a team of analysts: setting goals, assigning priorities, developing and supporting the team.
• Development and implementation of a system of metrics, KPIs and dashboards for various business areas.
• Preparation of analytical reports, presentations and practical recommendations for management.
• Optimization of collection approaches, data processing and storage.
• Development of a data-driven culture in the company.
• Close interaction with IT, marketing, sales, finance and product teams within analytical initiatives.
   

What is important to us:

• Experience in a senior analytical position of 1 year or more.
• Practical experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker or others.
• Sufficient SQL and Python skills.
• Experience in team management and employee development.
• Thorough understanding of statistics, data analysis approaches, business and product metrics.
• Ability to find valuable insights in data and turn them into understandable business recommendations.
• Strong presentation, structural thinking and project management skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with ML models.
• Experience building or working with Data Warehouse.
