What to do:

1. Working with the bank's corporate databases: filling, updating, optimizing the structure.

Formation of data showcases for analytical and business tasks. Combining data from different sources (internal bank systems, external sources). Preparation of data for further analysis.

2. Collection and specification of requirements for the task from internal customers (sales, management, related departments).

Formation of the task implementation plan. Determination of the list of necessary data for analysis. Formation of an analytical database for a specific task.

3. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of data obtained from various sources. Formation of analytical conclusions focused on the business result.

4. Drawing up the results of the analysis in a presentation format.

5. Application of machine learning methods for solving analytical tasks. Forming and customizing models for specific business tasks. Interpretation of the results obtained with the help of algorithms.

Forming conclusions based on the results of the models and presenting them in a presentation form.

6. Business expertise of corporate clients

Understanding the principles of work of legal entities and the specifics of their interaction with banks.

Understanding the financial reporting of legal entities:

Balance sheet;

Profit and loss statement (P&L);

interpretation of key reporting items.

Experience in sales of banking products for legal entities is desirable.

This will require:

• Work experience with databases (creation, filling, optimization). Confident command of SQL: writing complex queries; combining data from different sources; formation of analytical tables and showcases. Database optimization experience. BI and Visualization Experience with Oracle BI. Ability to configure analytical reports and participate in the development of dashboards. TOR preparation skills for developers. Machine learning Application of machine learning methods to solve analytical tasks of corporate business: formulation of ML tasks for business goals (prioritization, scoring, forecast); formation and preparation of data; model training and validation; interpretation of results and formation of business conclusions; implementation of results in reporting and sales processes Working with data sources Searching for information from open sources. Processing, structuring and preparation of data for loading into the bank's databases. Business competencies Understanding the specifics of the bank's corporate business. Understanding of financial statements of legal entities (Balance sheet, OPiU). Focus on business results and sales support. The ability to transform analytical conclusions into practical recommendations. Soft skills (personal competencies) Analytical and structural thinking. The ability to independently plan work on a task "from scratch". Skills in working with the requirements and expectations of internal customers.
