Main requirements:
- Experience from 1st year as a Data Analyst;
- Experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports;
- Knowledge of basic conversions and product metrics;
- Confident practical skills with SQL;
- Experienced user of MS Excel;
- Proficiency in one of the BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/ClickView).

Would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of Python;
- Experience with product or marketing analytics tools (Appsflyer/ Amplitude/ Google Analytics 4);
- Understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics (A/B testing, hypothesis testing);
- Experience in fintech.

Personal qualities:
- Analytical thinking;
- Systematic approach;
- Communicability.

Functional duties:
- Development and support of analytical reporting;
- Analysis of key indicators, business performance;
- Building dashboards;
- Solving problems with Data Mining (segmentation, forecasting, anomaly detection).
