- Sophisticated infrastructure: format isolation, balancers, Redis/ClickHouse shard clusters, Zabbix monitoring.
Technical stack:
- Backend: PHP 7.4+ / PHP 8+, Yii2, Composer.
- Data: MySQL (shards + ProxySQL), Redis, ClickHouse, Memcached.
- Async: Redis Streams, cron workers, internal job queues, Twemproxy.

- Monitoring: Zabbix.
- Integrations: SSP/DSP API, postbacks, signed webhooks, social networks, trackers.
Our expectations:
- 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP.
- 3+ years with Yii2 or similar frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL: schema design, sharding, indexes, profiling, transactions, blocking.
- Experience building REST APIs and integrations.
- Working with Redis/queues.
- Understanding of production security: CSRF/XSS/OWASP, JWT, ACL/RBAC, signed webhooks.
- Debugging and refactoring skills of PHP code.
- Understanding of monitoring highload systems: Zabbix, RPS/latency.
push/in-page: Players/Subs, segmentations, triggers, rate-limit, retry mechanisms.Develop and optimize APIs: postbacks, signed webhooks, integrations with trackers and DSPs.Strengthen the analytical circuit: collection and aggregation of statistics, showcases in ClickHouse, price recommendation engine.Participate in the design of the self-host package: migrations, autoconfig, signed updates.Debug performance: caches, queues, PHP/SQL profiling.Work on security and audit.Conduct code review, improve standards, design a REST API together with the frontend.Will be a plus:
- Experience in AdTech/MarTech, understanding of SSP/DSP flow.
- Expertise in ClickHouse (OLAP, partitioning, sharding).
- Experience in release management and deployment of large installations.
- Building anti-bot/anti-fraud systems.
