Data analyst in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private companies in the defense sector find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory.

One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving working processes.

The Supply chain and procurement department is currently expanding, so we are looking for Analytics.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience: 3 years or more in data analytics or a related field (preferably in SC, logistics, procurement or planning).
• Analytical skills: ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• Tools: good command of Excel (Pivot, Power Query, formulas), experience with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau or others).
• Databases: knowledge of SQL basics (select, joins, aggregation)
• Knowledge of SC processes logistics, inventory management, demand planning is a plus.
• Soft skills: attention to detail, structured thinking, ability to work with deadlines.

Future responsibilities:

Formation of regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and related departments.
• Building interactive dashboards in BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Analysis of key performance indicators (KPI): service level, OTIF, inventory turnover, logistics costs.
• Demand forecasting and inventory planning based on historical data and analytical models.
• Analysis of deviations between planned and actual indicators (SC processes, costs, deadlines).
• Development and automation of reporting (Excel, BI, SQL).
• Preparation of presentations and analytical materials for management decisions.
