Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Technical support of IT companies that connect to the central database (consulting architects, programmers of medical information systems on interaction with the central component of eHealth)
- Analysis and correction of incidents
- Correction of incidents at the development level
- Communication with external teams
Necessary skills
- IT education
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows
- Knowledge of REST API
- Ability to use HTTP (S) - GET/POST/PATCH methods
- Experience with curl, postman utilities
- Understanding data structure JSON
- Experience with service desk/help desk systems and bug tracking systems
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Literacy, command of Ukrainian business language
