In connection with the active expansion of our outsourcing agency team, a technical support manager is urgently needed.

Requirements:
• competent communication

• fulfillment of one's duties
• mastery of a PC and modern applications
• tidiness

Main duties:< /p>

• working with company users
• collecting information about technical problems from users
• analyzing and helping to solve technical problems
• distributing requests to the appropriate departments to solve issues
• customer support

Working conditions:

• schedule 5/2 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• fixed rate of UAH 30,000< br/>• or fixed rate + %(KPI) + bonus system (on average, the first month from UAH 45,000)
• payment is possible weekly or once a month
• convenient location in the city center
