Customer Support /(Trading Operations Specialist) in Smart Team

We are currently looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to join us in the team.

Functional position:
- Analysis of incoming problems and determination of the correct solution path:
* support of internal products
* support of the main business process
- Solving daily requests from users and their coordination to a complete solution between internal and external teams through the ticket system
- Finding inefficiencies and contributing to their resolution
—Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, risk management, and broker management teams
—Collecting and processing user feedback (requests, bugs, compensation) to the appropriate teams
—Simulation of user cases in the trading space
—Maintaining communication with internal and external teams (Skype, Slack, email)
—Filling internal and external knowledge base

— Experience with Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence), Slack (not only as a messenger, but also Slack App, Slack Workflows)
— English B2 -C1
— Product technical support experience
