SVOI Support Specialist in Fond Shidna Evropa

Within the Swiss-Ukrainian Program "Electronic Governance for Government Accountability and Community Participation" (EGAP) Fund Eastern Europe announces a competition for the position of a specialist in providing technical support for the SVOY Platform. We invite to our friendly team a person who will work directly with communities — users of the SVOY Platform.

• Start date: as soon as possible;
• location: Kyiv, Ukraine;
• employment: full, without the possibility of co-operation;
• work format: offline / online.

Duties:

• communication with users and developers of the SVOI Platform regarding the administration of the Platform by community managers;
• support of applications, solving current issues within the framework of technical support requests ;
• interaction with Platform developers on solving current tasks and appeals from communities;
• execution of other tasks within their competence at the request of management.

Qualifications, experience, competencies:

• higher education not lower than the first level (bachelor);
• confirmed practical experience of technical supporting platforms or similar products;
• organizational skills and leadership;
• high-level understanding of the front-end and back-end of building web platforms ;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language, in particular business correspondence skills;
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.< /li>
