Responsibilities:
- Making outgoing and receiving incoming calls from overdue customers debt;
- Consultation of clients regarding the state of debt and possible options for its repayment;
- Conducting correct and client-oriented negotiations in the soft collection format;
- Providing informational support to clients and helping them choose the optimal solution;
- Fixing the results of calls and agreements in the CRM system;
- Observing service standards and call center communications.
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center or debt collection would be an advantage;
- Complete verbal and confident communication skills;
- Ability to work with objections and emotional customers;
- Responsibility, stress resistance, result orientation;
- PC skills at the level of a confident user.

- Salary: rate 22,000 UAH + bonuses based on work results (on average 40,000-45,000 UAH);

- Monday-Friday - selectable shifts: 08:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00
