Main functional duties of the position:

• support and support application software systems/services (Client-Bank and Front-office);
• eliminate incidents in systems/services;
• interact with the first line of support (CC, validation department, department);
• analyze errors and issue bugs to developers;
• form samples from the database.

Requirements for the candidate:

• complete higher education, preferably technical;
• knowledge of SQL: writing simple PL / SQL queries;
• experience in working with API requests (Postman) ;
• understanding how the front-back-db connection works;
• ability to read and analyze logs;
• experience in ORACLE database administration;

• ability to build cause-and-effect relationships;
• analytical and systemic thinking, working with a large amount of data;
• knowledge of the English language (A2).
