Chat Operator (Support Service) in Uni Agents

We are looking for a motivated candidate for the position of Chat Operator (Support Service)!???

Primary responsibilities:

< li>Responding to customer inquiries through chat platforms.
• Providing prompt and quality support to customers regarding the company's products and services.
• Resolving problems and providing advice on technical and general issues.

• Documentation of customer appeals and resolved problems in the accounting system.
• Cooperation with other departments for prompt resolution of complex cases.

Requirements:

• High level of communication and literacy in written communication.
• Ability to quickly respond to requests and solve problems.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs and Internet technologies.
• High attention to detail and responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer support.
