Customer support specialist in chat (online) in ADMIRAL HOL, TOV

We are looking for a specialist who will efficiently and calmly help customers solve issues via chat. This is a job where your attention, speed of thinking and ability to clearly formulate thoughts directly affect the satisfaction of platform users.

Work experience is not required - we teach everything from scratch!

Main tasks specialist:

• Processing customer requests in chat (without calls) and providing prompt answers.

• Quick definition of the problem and explanation of solutions in understandable language.

• Redirection of complex cases to specialized specialists.

• Fixing duplicate requests to improve processes and facilitate future work.
