Required expertise:
Professional skills:

• 2+ years in product companies or digital agencies
• skills in creating advertising creatives (SMM / digital)
• confident command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• experience working with adaptations and different formats

Also important:

• experience preparing layouts for printing
• understanding basic principles of UI/UX
• experience creating presentations
• ability to work with AI tools for visual generation and processing
• level of English B1 - for working with tools, references
• availability of a portfolio with examples of advertising creatives and presentations mandatory

Personal skills:

• creative thinking, search for new ideas and approaches

• ability to argue one's opinion and set priorities

• flexibility in working with different stylists

• high attention to details and technical pedantry

• proactivity and teamwork. presentations based on the general style of the company

• preparation of printed materials for external events and international exhibitions

• generation of visual content with the help of AI for marketing tasks

• technical control and verification of creatives before launch in advertising

• support and updating of small UI-elements of the site

• work with various visual directions within the company's projects
