HOSTiQ is a Ukrainian IT company that continues to develop and invest in the country's economy. We volunteer and donate to the needs of the army, because we believe that business should be responsible.

The Customer Support team helps customers solve any questions related to the company's services. The purpose of this position is to provide fast and high-quality support, explain the nuances of services, help with configuration and solving basic general and technical requests of customers. We are looking for someone who will be interested in understanding what hosting, domains and SSL are, a human approach in working with clients and apply this knowledge in practice, helping HOSTiQ clients to successfully implement their tasks.

We need a specialist who:

  • confidently uses a computer: browser, information search, work with several tabs, basic online tools;
  • knows how to express his opinion competently in Ukrainian (we communicate with clients in Ukrainian);
  • knows English at the intermediate level and above (written communication is important).

And also possesses such qualities as:

  • responsible approach to work: attentiveness and accuracy in completing tasks;
  • ability to quickly navigate in the situation and willingness to work with several dialogs or tasks at the same time;
  • ability to work independently with information: master training materials and technical documentation;
  • interest in technical things and the desire to understand how products work;
  • willingness and ability to work calmly with clients.

Experience in support is not mandatory. Curiosity and analytical thinking are much more important. But a plus will be technical education.

What a Customer Support Specialist will do:

  • communicate with clients in chats, letters and calls;
  • help customers choose the optimal service, understand it and configure it for successful use;
  • resolve independently or refer to the appropriate departments customer requests that require our action;
  • receive customer feedback or identify problems with services and interact with marketing, product or development to implement improvements;
  • communicate with suppliers to address specific requests; perform operational tasks necessary to support services and processes in the current working environment
  • monitor the speed and quality of responses in accordance with the internal philosophy and support standards.

    • fixed income level at the training stage and supervision - $150 and $350, respectively. Training lasts 3-4 weeks, and supervision lasts 1 month. With the start of independent work, the income will be $400;
    • we work according to a flexible schedule, taking into account the wishes of employees (8-hour shifts to choose from: from 8:00, from 09:00, from 10:00, from 11:00, from 12:00 and from 16:00);
    • we work completely remotely, without the obligation to visit office;
    • we rest for 25 working days; there are also days off for public holidays of Ukraine, but they can be transferred within a month;
    • we pay for sick leave up to 5 working days a month without providing certificates;
    • we provide leave to care for a newborn for parents;
    • we compensate the cost of independent study at courses, lectures, master classes according to the field of work;
    • we conduct free English lessons and Speaking Clubs;
    • provide home appliances and additional devices for backup power during blackouts;
    • conduct online team building and team events;
    • provide discounts on the services of company partners and from IT Cluster on medical services, food delivery, entertainment, recreation, shopping and other utilities;
    • have company hubs in 15 cities of Ukraine;
    • we compensate the cost of activities to support mental health: sports/psychologist/massage/etc.;
    • we keep jobs and support employees who have joined ТРО, ZSU or the volunteer movement.
