Your daily tasks will be:
- communication with customers via chats, emails and fewer calls;
- resolve simple technical issues, such as restoring access to an account if a customer has forgotten their password;
- help with verification or registration;
- resolve payment issues and other similar requests.
- redirecting requests for solving technical and financial difficulties of clients to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further informing the client.
