Impact zone:
Customer support via email in English: quick, empathetic, personalized responses that build trust in the brand.
Working with reviews on Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play: you turn a negative experience into a positive one through proactive communication.
Identifying technical problems and communicating with the tech team: writing structured bug reports, helping to quickly fix critical issues.
Updating content through the admin panel: you improve the user experience by adapting information to the needs of the audience.
Development of the FAQ knowledge base: making it as useful, understandable and relevant as possible for users.
Participate in the creation of content for the application, website and social networks: share insights from users that help the team better understand the needs of the audience.
A bridge between users and the team: you pass feedback and insights to Product, Marketing and Tech departments.
We expect you to have:
1+ year of experience in customer support (email support, live chat, or work with feedback).
English at the Intermediate+ level for confident written communication with an international audience.
High sociability: you know how to find an approach to different types of users and maintain a positive tone even in difficult situations.
Proactivity: you initiate improvement of service processes and share insights.
Adaptability: you easily adapt to the dynamic environment of a startup, where processes change quickly.
Autonomy: you make informed decisions and take responsibility for the result of your work.
Working conditions:
1. Schedule:

Basic format: 6-hour shifts.

Number of changes: 27-30per month.

12-hour shifts: from 5-8 times a month, counted as 2 separate shifts.

Day off: 8–10 days off per month (flexible, chosen within the team).
2. Payment

Trial period (1-2 months):$18/shift ($500/month).

After the trial period: $23/shift ($600/month).

Additional shifts: paid separately, at the same rate, night shift +$5

Payment of salary: 1 time per month (from the 2nd to the 7th).
3. Work format
- Fully online.

Key KPI: response to a client's request within 1 hour.
