Brand manager in Teritoriya Tvoeyi Tehniki

Our team consists of more than 800 employees. We are hiring a Brand Manager

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Higher education (preferably marketing)
2. From 2 years of work experience in marketing
3. Practical experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategy
4. Experience and ability to work with digital marketing: SMM, SEO, ORM (online reputation management), CRO (conversion optimization), advertising, lead generation and lead qualification, UX/UI, performance

Functional responsibilities:

• Complex brand promotion in the local market:
• Analysis of the competitive environment, target audience, formation of product positioning. 
• Formation of annual and quarterly marketing strategy
• Building and management of online brand reputation
• Development of visual strategies and content strategies
• Development and support of Tone of Voice of the brand, bringing communications to a unified style
• Launching and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, regular analytics and optimization of results
• Interaction with by national retail partners to launch compatible communications
• Implementation of set KPIs and offering tools for their achievement
• Disassembly of SMM strategy and coordination of specialist SMM
• Development of partner presentations
• Coordination of projects, contractors and internal teams.
