Customer Support Specialist in Slotegrator Limited

MAIN TASKS (Responsibilities):

• Receiving IT requests and providing online support (no phone consultations, communication with users through chat). Consulting clients on technical issues related to product usage. Systematizing arising technical questions.
• Promptly resolving tasks at your own level; forwarding requests to other levels of resolution and tracking their execution.
• Technical onboarding of new clients.

REQUIREMENTS (We expect from the candidate):

• High level of English proficiency (at least Intermediate);
• Understanding of the main network protocols and principles of Internet operation;
• Ability to identify software errors and ensure system functionality;
• Basic experience with all modern operating systems (both mobile and desktop), with more advanced knowledge of the MS Windows family;
• Experience with CRM systems (Jira, Redmine) is preferred;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, multitasking, high level of responsibility, and a desire to grow in the IT field;
• Higher education (complete/incomplete) or a student in the final years of study.
