Provide fast and high-quality customer support, help resolve technical inquiries and maintain a high level of service satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact between the customer and the internal team.
What will be required to do:
- Communicate with customers and provide support via phone, email and ticketing system.
- Assist in solving technical issues of customers.
- Work with CRM and capture user requests.
- Interact with the development team to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cook reports and metrics based on work results.
What you need to have:
- English from B2+ (oral and written).
- Experience in customer support or technical support will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
- Ability to take responsibility and quickly resolve user requests.
- Experience communicating with native speakers will be a plus.
