?? What you need to know:

We are looking for a project associate in the Group Travel team who will be responsible for advising and supporting clients on all aspects of international travel.

 Requirements

• Experience in service or maintenance of clients — from 1 year
• Ability to work individually with clients with high quality
• Conciseness, self-organization, ability to solve non-standard cases
• High communication skills, effective communication with clients and colleagues
• English language level from B1 — required!

 Your tasks:

• Formation of an individual package of documents for submission to the client's visa
• Consultation and meetings with clients on visa and organizational issues
• Correspondence with foreign partners
• Organization of the client's turnkey visa process
• Completing internal reports department

Conditions:

• Work in an office with a premium location: Kyiv, metro Zvirinetska, residential complex "Novopecherski Lypky", str. Verhogliada, 9

• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00.

• Payment: rate from 28,000 to 33,000 UAH (net) + bonus for working with clients, which is paid once at the end of the summer of the season

• Project employment: work for the period of February - September with the possibility of further recruiting in the company (transfer to other departments or continued cooperation based on the results of the work)
