Business analyst (logistics department) in NIBULON, TOV SP

The NIBULON company is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which specializes in the cultivation and export of grain crops

We are looking for a Business analyst in the IT department team for the logistics direction with internal and external transportation of our own and hired by transport.

What will you do

•  Communicate with business and understand how logistics actually works

•  Describe business processes of transportation (as is and as it should be be)

•    Collect and describe requirements for IT solutions

•    Help teams automate: requests for transportation, flight planning, operation of own fleet, control of delivery statuses, contracts

•  Work with developers and participate in testing solutions

•    Accompany changes from idea to launch

Main tasks

•    Make logistics processes transparent and clear;

•  Reduce manual work and downtime;

•  Help businesses plan transportation faster and more accurately;

•  Establish interaction between divisions.

What we expect

•  Experience as a business analyst from 2 years;

•  Ability to identify and record business needs;

•  Skill to describe processes and requirements clearly;

•  Experience of working with internal customers;

•  Understanding the logic of logistics.

a plus:

• Experience in implementing IT solutions for logistics;

• Experience in working with ERP / logistics mobile applications.
