Today you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and values, because we are looking for a Specialist with Customer Care Specialist (Kyiv) in difficult situations

  • Attentive to details and likes to understand the causes of the problem, not just “toss it on”

  • Intermediate+ English will be a plus

  • It will be a plus if you:

    • Orientate in the OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux/Android/iOS) and browsers

    • You know how to use DevTools (Console/Network/Storage)

    • You have a basic understanding of API (REST/JSON)

    • You know how to issue bug reports (steps/expected/fact/evidence) and worked/worked with Jira/YouTrack/Trello or similar

    What will you be engage in:

    • Accept and process applications from employers and searchers (phone, mail, messengers, chats)

    • Advise clients on the operation of robota.ua services and help find solutions

    • Diagnoses technical issues: collect details, check reproducibility, record facts

    • Transfer tasks to development with a high-quality description and all the necessary data

    • Help with settings and basic troubleshooting

    • Support customers in online payment issues (on request)

    • Conduct initial functional testing and smoke tests after updates

    • Advise company colleagues regarding the site and internal system admin

    • Interact with other teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, QA) so that the client gets results quickly
