System administrator in TAS AGRO, OOO

Our main areas are crop production, animal husbandry, grain storage and processing. We grow grain, oil and niche crops, working on the territory of Chernihiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad and Mykolaiv regions.

We have 7 elevators with a total storage capacity of up to 355 thousand tons and 4 livestock complexes with cattle.

Your responsibilities:

• Reception, registration and processing of user requests through the Service Desk system.
• Remote and local support of workstations on Windows 10/11, MacOS OS.
• Primary diagnosis of hardware malfunctions and repair support.
• Configuration of network parameters: LAN, Wi-Fi, basic work with switches.
• Creation, modification and maintenance of user accounts in AD/M365.
• Configuration FortiClient VPN clients.
• Installation of standard software and service applications.
• Ensuring compliance with information security policies.
• Maintenance of technical documentation on the work performed.
• Monitoring the performance of basic services and informing senior engineers about problems. issuance/reception, control of tariffs and expenses.
• Support of the anti-virus protection management system (monitoring, updating, response to incidents).

Our requirements for you:

• 1-2 years of work in the position of L1 Support / Help Desk / IT Support.

Experience:

• Windows user support 10/11, MacOS.
• Working with office equipment (printers, MFPs, network devices).
• Basic work with the network (IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
• Configuring VPN clients and eliminating typical connection problems.
• Working with Service Desk systems.
• Working with Active Directory: managing users, groups, passwords.
• Basic understanding of Group Policy (GPO).
• Writing simple scripts (PowerShell, CMD, Bash - will be a big plus).
• Accounting and administration of corporate mobile communications - as an advantage.

Desirable:

• Secondary specialized or higher technical education in IT, telecommunications, computer science or adjacentx areas.
• English language will be an advantage (basic understanding of technical documentation and software interfaces).

PC skills:

• Windows 10/11 OS, MacOS - confident user.
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• FortiClient VPN clients.
• Remote access tools (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
• Service Desk systems.
• Antivirus and security solutions.
• Basic network diagnostic tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig, nslookup).
• PowerShell — basic level (reading/running scripts, simple automations).
