Your influence:
- As a Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Representative) you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries (tickets). Our highest priority is to provide quality service, fully informing members about their benefits and the best ways to use the benefits in the shortest possible time
- Healthcare Concierge will communicate with our customers via chat and phone calls to advise and help users get high medical services This may include telephone calls with our clients and/or Healthcare (insurance and health care) representatives in the US to assist with doctor appointments, other inquiries
- Healthcare Concierge will search for doctors, hospitals and other healthcare facilities that most closely match the needs of our clients, and will also conduct follow-up communication with providers
- In this position, you will collaborate with your team, administrative or clinical staff at healthcare facilities to identify the best strategies to support our members
- Provide a WOW experience and care to our users
Your experience and skills:
- Work experience from 6 months
- Experience in Customer Support/Customer Service will be a plus
- High level of English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through solutions and conclusions)
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes
- Well-developed communication skills (using the most effective channels for communication: internal and external)
- High level of empathy in daily interaction with clients and colleagues
- Computer literacy (Office Suite and Google Programs)
- Ability to work fully both individually and in a team

Role details:
- Working hours 5/2 - Mon-Fri: 15:30 - 24:00
- 20 paid days offmouth for 12 months, and paid sick leave
