Responsibilities:
< li>Provide high-quality customer support through various communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat).- Promptly resolve customer inquiries and problems, ensuring a professional approach to each case.
- Maintenance of documentation and registration of requests in the system accounting.
- Cooperation with other departments to achieve the best solutions for customers.
- Collecting feedback from customers and participating in process improvement based on the received data.
- Participation in the training of new employees (if available).
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or similar roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and Russian (knowledge of English will be a plus).
- Ability to work in stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs will be an advantage (MS Office, CRM -systems).
- Result orientation and desire to help people.
