Position Overview:
 We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote role where you will be the vital link between our company and our clients, managing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications (via IP telephony) with existing and potential clients.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and negotiations to closing deals and account management.

  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Accurately document all interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines in our CRM system.

  • Work proactively to achieve and exceed individual sales and customer service targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in   sales and negotiations within the FMCG industry .

  • English Level B2-C1

  • Strong client-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.

  • Clear focus on achieving results and exceeding goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory (a core requirement for the role).

Work Conditions & Schedule:

  • This is a full-time, genuine remote position. You will work from your home office.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM  Pacific Standard Time (PST / UTC -8) .

  • All work is performed using company-provided   IP telephony (VoIP) and CRM systems .
