Project— dripify.io Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allows automating lead generation onLinkedIn. Here issome ofwhat you willdo: Provide timely and strategic customer support via live chat and email inIntercom Successfully onboard new users, help set uptheir accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out ofour platform. Advocating for the customer bysharing their feedback with other departments toimprove processes and product offerings. And everything else that goes along with providing outstanding customer service Mandatory requirements: Advanced proficiency inEnglish (Written). Minimum of3years ofexperience incustomer support. Basic knowledge ofticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.). Previous experience inaSaaS business environment ishighly desirable. Strong organizational skills, ability tomanage multiple issues/projects, and exceptional communication skills. Availability for 8-hour shifts, 14:00-22:00 UA time, with weekend coverage appreciated.
