Employment: full time (8 working hours per day, 40 working hours per week)

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 19:00 - 03:30.

Salary: the basic salary is based on an hourly rate of $8.5/hour from the start ($1500 per month), and it can also be more depending on your professionalism and competence.

Work experience is not mandatory - training is paid at the rate of $6.5/hour.

  • Fluent English (no lower than C1) - You will provide service to our American customers by phone and mail, as well as help with graphics and branding
  • Ability to convince customers to use our service
  • Provide customer service at the highest level levels

  • Readiness to work with a large amount of information
  • Availability of a modern PC, stationary Internet connection, headset

General duties:

  • Communicating on the phone, in messages and chats, with clients from the United States
  • Processing customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Working with the CRM system to maintain customer data

You will dive into the big and exciting world of US business. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the United States market and establish yourself as a specialist with experience in a foreign company.
