What will you do:

• Analyze the company's business processes, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for their optimization.
• Collect and structure data, prepare analytical reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in the implementation of CRM, ERP and other digital solutions.
• Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI) analytics from 2 years.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, similar).
• Analytical thinking and attention to details.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level.
• Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other process optimization methodologies.
