IT Delight is an international company with Ukrainian roots that specializes in eCommerce.
We have been working on the market since 2012 and have extensive experience in providing comprehensive solutions for business and e-commerce.
Our clients from the USA and DASH -region, including well-known names in the retail industry.
We invite to join our team a Customer support representative with a high level of spoken German.< br/>
Important for this position:
- Fluency in German - C1 (this is the main language that will be used at work);
- Written English;
- Experience working with clients (phone calls, e-mails);
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Be a great team player;
- Ability to learn and react quickly.
Tasks:
- Communication with clients and processing of any requests (incoming-outgoing calls, online chat, mail);
- Full processing of complaints and communication with manufacturers (regarding complaints);
- Communication with the warehouse and partner companies regarding product delivery;
- Checking and entering proforma orders from manufacturers into the system.
We offer:
- 15 days of paid vacation;
- possibility to work remotely;
- schedule from 11 am to 8 pm (8 hours working day and 1 hour lunch break), Saturday working day;
- weekends: Sunday and one weekday;
- a stable salary.
