We are currently looking for an attentive and diligent Customer Support Representative who will provide customer support on our customer platforms. Projects the team works with:

  • The company works with visuals that are PowerBI extensions;
  • The company specializes in storage solutions;
  • The company uses AI-based software to track the temperature inside the trailer;
  • Help desk software designed to help e-commerce companies manage and optimize their customer service operations.

Requirements:< /p>

  • Previous experience of working in Customer Support from 6 months;
  • Experience of working with CRM/ATS systems;< /li>
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level at least);
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • Willingness to work with people and to help them with issues of different levels of complexity;
  • Ability to act in non-standard situations;
  • Skill to explain complex things in simple words.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, chats and letters;
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests from customers;
  • Saving information about customer interactions, transactions and feedback, as well as actions taken fori solving their problems;
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and providing follow-up services as needed;
  • Participating in trainings to expand product knowledge and improve skills as a Customer Support Representative.< /li>

Terms:

  • The main format of work is remote;
  • The trial period lasts 2 months;
  • 5 working shifts per week: morning (8:00-16:00), daytime (16:00-00:00) and night (00:00-8:00);
  • Night - mandatory (two per week) with an additional bonus;
  • 2 floating weekends per week.
