• Competent command of written and spoken Ukrainian;
• Type speed from 150 characters/min;
• Multitasking and adaptability;
• The ability to understand the client's needs.

• Accompanying and supporting customers in the format of chats and in telephone mode;
• Analysis of the reason for the appeal and provision of technical support;
• Formation and reporting for the customer.
