Customer Support Representative in S.A.K.R.Y.N.A

We are looking for a Customer Support team member for our Lviv office (not a remote position!)

Responsibilities:
?Entering loads to the transportation system

?Requesting appointments by email/phone

?Checking paperwork and reporting OSD

?Communicating with the carriers — providing updates to the customers

Skills:
At least intermediate English level is a MUST

Fast reaction and learning skills

Interaction in a professional manner only

Ability to work from home from 11 pm till 1 am Ukraine Time (Laptop or PC) and from the office 3pm-11pm (taxi covered) Mn-Fr
