Job Description:

The position of Customer Support Representative within the Sales Operations team would be dealing with databases administration, customer management and support. The position requires strong time-management skills, persistence and business ethics for broad cross-department and International customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Database usage and administration;
  • Customer communication and management;
  • Orders processing and backlog management;
  • Post-order support;
  • Data mining;
  • Quotes review and processing;
  • Samples requests handling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • English (upper-intermediate+);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point;
  • CRM and/or ERP system(s);
  • 1+ year(s) experience in customer support;
  • MA/BA degree in economics (preferred but not required).
