Customer support representative in Altaray

We are looking for a customer support (moving; appliance) team

Main duties:

• Processing customer requests with the help of calls (clarify all details with the customer and assign time to perform the service);
• Effective planning of working hours;
• Maintaining relations with current customers and providing them with the necessary information about the company's products and services.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level (not lower than B2);
• High level of communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients;
• Active life position and desire to achieve results;
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
