We are looking for Customer Support Representative in Kyiv (hybrid - visit the office 2-3 times a week, study offline)

Main tasks:

handling incoming requests through Zendesk (phone, chat, mail)

solutions delivery, exchange issues

technical support for cartridges and printers

?focus on solving customer problems and getting positive reviews on Amazon

Requirements:

knowledge of English at the B2-C1 level

experience in customer service or support

confident PC skills
