Technical Support Engineer (+SMM) in Vending-Lend

Vending.Land is a Ukrainian company for the production of self-service machines. Over the 15 years of its existence, the company has transformed into a leader in the development, production and self-service machines of TM "Perun" (formerly "Postiraika"), which make life easier for more than 20,000 students of Ukrainian universities. Machines for water purification and sale are currently being opened, in connection with which the company is actively forming a customer service department. In this regard, we need a"Technical support operator with SMM duties"< /p>

Work schedule

- On weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., shifts are possible on weekends (by prior agreement).

- Ability to work remotely!

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer requests - communication and solving problems remotely via social networks and the phone using ready-made scripts.

• transferring information to the technical support manager in the appropriate tables and groups

• communication with the technical department and the development department (if necessary)

• Creating, editing and publishing content insocial networks (in a team with a marketer)

 Requirements:

Professional and friendly attitude to customers during communication.

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Equipped workplace at home

• Confident with Google Sheets, PC and Smartphone

• Experience with photo and video editing applications;

• Ability to quickly navigate technical instructions.

•  Responsibility and punctuality.

• Experience in providing services, customer service

•  High communication skills and willingness to work with technical information.

• The ability to manage conflicts (or a great desire to be able to, we will teach)
