Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support in Italian via email and chat, answering questions related to the company’s products and services
Consult customers by phone in Italian (up to 15% of the workload)
Respond to customer requests and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
Escalate technical and financial issues to the relevant teams
Collect customer feedback for further communication and improvements
Promptly report identified issues or errors on supported platforms and resources
Requirements:
Confident spoken and written Italian (strong B2 level or higher)
Own laptop and ability to work remotely with a reliable power supply
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer support will be a plus
